How long does shipping take?
We do our best to dispatch all parcels within 1-3 working days! Find estimated delivery times below.
Europe - 3-10 working days
USA, Canada, Australia & rest of the world - 3-20 working days
Do you ship worldwide?
Of course we do! Our items can be delivered to any place in the world.
What to do if my measurements fall between two sizes?
We suggest to size up, as smaller size might be uncomfortable or feel too tight. For more information on our sizing, check out this page.
How to return my order?
You can return it within 14 working days from the date the package was delivered to you. Ship it back to us to the address given below with returns form filled. We'll refund you the money within one week of receiving the return. For more, refer to this page.
Do you provide a return label?
To provide you with affordable prices, we do not cover the cost of shipping your return back to us.
Will I be charged custom fees?
All European Union shipments are free of any charge.
If you're from outside EU, you might be charged. SKYDANCE does not cover nor refund any additional fees you might be obligated to pay in order to receive your package.
Is SKYDANCE ethical and sustainable?
We take pride in being ethical! All of our products are handmade in Poland. Our clothes are being sewed in local tailoring studios. Your favourite necklaces, harnesses and other accessories are handmade at our own home. We do our best to reduce our impact on environment by using biodegradable mailers or using carbon neutral deliveries. Find out more here!

Can I track my order?
Sure thing. Once your order's dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information. Use it on chosen courier's website to check where's your order.
Will I be charged custom fees?

Returns
How to return my order?
You can return it within 14 working days from the date the package was delivered to you. Ship it back to us to the address given below with returns form filled. We'll refund you the money within one week of receiving the return.
Returned items have to be in their original condition - with no tags removed, unimpaired, with no traces of being worn. If we recognize that any product was used or damaged, we have the right to decline the return.

How long does it take to get a refund?
We usually make a refund the same day the package arrives. Please allow up to 3 working days for the money to be reimbursed.
Do you refund shipping fees?
For international orders, we do not refund shipping and handling fees. While returning a product please note that we do not refund taxes and duties.
Can I exchange a product?
In order to exchange a product, please return the incorrect one and order a piece you'd rather prefer.
Can I edit my order?
If it wasn't dispatched already - yes! Message us ASAP with all the deets: your order's number and changed you'd like to make.

Where do you make your clothes?
All of our items are made in Poland! Our clothes are being sewed in local tailoring studios, while our accessories are handmade in our own home. Learn more about our production here.
Which size should I get?
In order to determine your size, please measure yourself using a measuring tape and compare the results with our size chart. You can find it on each product's page. It is crucial to have the measurments and check each product individually, as they all differ in material's stretchiness and product's fit. Check out our size guide for more.
Do you do restocks?
To ensure all of our products are unique and one of a kind, we rarely do restocks. We do have a regular collection that is going to stay here forever, however the rest is usually highly limited in stock. Look out for "limited collection" in product's description. If it's marked like that, then it most probably won't be restocked.
Will you provide smaller/larger/plus sizes?
At this moment, our products are available in sizes from XXS to 3XL and at this very moment we cannot expand our sizing. Different sizes require different construction which is, to put it simple, expensive, and as a small business, we cannot afford that at the moment. However, we're constantly working to provide a wider range of sizes!
